A. Before Collection
1. The driver must share with the photo provider their SIM A or International SIM.
2. Drivers must share with the provider their photo ID/passport.
3. Drivers must share with the photo provider their credit card.
4. If the driver does not have a credit card, the driver must replace it with 2 documents from the following options: NPWP, BPJS, or Birth Certificate, Family Card, Employee Identity Card, Passport, Last School Diploma, National Police / TNI membership card.
5. Customers must pay a deposit of IDR 500,000 for Indonesian citizens in the Bali, Surabaya and Bandung booking areas, and IDR 1,000,000 for Indonesian citizens for bookings outside the city. Meanwhile, foreign citizens must pay a deposit of IDR 3,000,000 or USD 200 via transfer to jayamahe before the rental starts. The deposit will only be used to pay the e-TLE bill, and if there is a fuel claim, panel damage and rental costs while the car is being repaired, then all these costs must be paid by the consumer without deducting the deposit, and paid by the consumer to Jayamahe when the car is returned.
6. The driver is required to provide an email address when handing over the vehicle to receive proof of transfer of the deposit return.
7. The deposit will be returned no later than 5 working days after the rental ends.
8. Tenants who wish to request a baby seat or odd or even license plate can write their request under the Special Requests page on the order page.
9. All special requests are subject to the availability of the rental provider and may incur additional fees.
10. If the provider cannot fulfill the tenant's special request (eg a car with odd license plates runs out), the tenant can submit a refund as long as the request is made more than 24 hours before the pick-up time.
11. Drivers must qualify at least 6 hours prior to pick up. Otherwise, the order cannot be refunded if the driver cannot fulfill the requirements
B. During Pick Up
1. Driver must show ID or Passport.
2. The driver must show a valid SIM A or International SIM.
3. Drivers must be between 18 – 75 years old.
4. Customers must pay a deposit of IDR 500,000 for Indonesian citizens in the Bali, Surabaya and Bandung booking areas, and IDR 1,000,000 for Indonesian citizens for bookings outside the city. C. Use
1. An additional fee will be charged for pick-up and return outside the available zone.
2. Additional fees will apply for special equipment, including but not limited to baby seats, GPS or spare tire.
3. Tenants are not allowed to smoke in the car.
4. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets in the car.
5. Lessees may not transfer, rent, give, or make the car as collateral to other parties.
6. Tenants may only use the car for personal or business purposes. Its use must not conflict with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Tenants may not drive a car under the influence of drugs or alcohol and/or drive it outside the road that is reasonable/worthy to go through.
8. The provider has the right to take the car back if the lessee uses the car for racing, breaking the law, or for other purposes other than domestic and social
9. The lessee must refuel the car with the appropriate fuel type.
10. Tenants may not drive the car onto roads or dangerous areas.
11. Tenants should immediately contact the provider in the event of an accident. Tenants may not drive the car outside the area prohibited by the rental.
12. Passengers bound for Bali who rent a vehicle in Jayamahe are entitled to get 1 (one) of 5 (five) voucher packages at the Jimbaran Bay Seafood restaurant.
13. Voucher packages are determined based on rental duration with a minimum duration of 2 days/48 hours. The voucher will be received by the tenant when picked up by the driver. Show and claim your voucher at Jimbaran Bay Seafood restaurant.
14. Units may not be taken outside the city, if the unit is taken outside the city there must be approval from JAYAMAHE EASY RIDE. And there is an additional fee per day when the unit is taken out of town.
D. Return
1. The lessee must return the car with the same volume of gasoline as when the car was received.
2. Renters who return cars with less volume of gasoline than received will be charged a fee to cover the difference.
3. The lessee must return the car in the same condition as when the car was received.
4. The renter must return the car no later than the rental completion time stated on the voucher/invoice.
5. The lessee is responsible for the cost of replacing or repairing lost or damaged vehicle registration, car keys, accessories and car tools, including but not limited to tape and tool sets.
6. Drivers must be between 18 – 75 years old.
7. The provider has the right not to return the deposit if the car is damaged or if the tenant violates the law during the rental period.
8. The provider is not responsible for items left in the car after the renter returns the car to the provider
9. Deposit returns will be made via Bank Transfer.
10. The lessee is required to provide an email address when handing over the vehicle to receive proof of transfer of the deposit return.
11. The deposit will be returned no later than 5 working days after the rental ends.
E. Overtime
1. Use of more than 24 hours per rental day will incur an overtime fee.
2. Overtime that exceeds 3 hours will be charged one day rental fee.
3. The renter must return the car at the latest when the rental finish is stated on the voucher.
